It is brilliant i use it all the time and love playing the sims 3 demo its great. The worst feature is the camera it may go slightly blurry when you take a picture. It is a great phone for everyone and is very easy to use. Would defenily recomend.

I tried downloading one of the games it took the money off me but didnt send me the game. I phoned the helpline and i was on hold for 30 min and then it took an hour and a half just to get my money back.

But i didnt get the game in the end. They were really good about it though and tried helping me with my pitiful phone! The back is so fixed on that its really hard to take off. The camera is really blury and as the touch screen is so bad even when you manage to click you've pressed it so hard that it makes it blur. I got the tocco lite 2 thank goodness! Tapping these opens a small submenu that gives you more options. For example, we had to question why there are three different ways to access the music player, when they all take you to the same app.

The cameras on most budget handsets are ropey and unfortunately, the one on the Miami is no different. However, none of these extras can get away from the fact that the results are poor, even by budget cameraphone standards. Images tend to look quite smudgy, especially at the edges of the frame, and highlights often look very burnt out.
